About Brant Forest
Quick answer: Brant Forest is an upcoming pre-construction community of WideLot® townhomes and detached homes by Mattamy Homes in north Brantford, close to Highway 403. It is in registration (coming soon), and pricing has not been released.
Brant Forest is a new Mattamy Homes community on the north side of Brantford. The plan is set among natural green space, and the builder points to nearby trails, parks, schools and shopping, with Highway 403 a few minutes away for trips toward Hamilton and the rest of the GTA.
The home mix is Mattamy’s WideLot® townhomes, which are wider than a typical townhome, along with detached homes. Outside the community, the Grand River trail system, Brantford’s sports and recreation facilities, and the shops and cafés of nearby Paris are all close by.
Mattamy lists Brant Forest as coming soon and has not published prices, sizes or an occupancy date. Register with the New Homes Team to get first access to pricing and floor plans when the first release opens.
