No. The consultation is free and there is no obligation to buy.
How long is a consultation?
About half an hour. A first call usually covers your budget, the cities you are considering, and the projects that are selling or about to launch.
Can I change or cancel my time?
Yes. Reply to the confirmation email, or call or text 647-569-9991, and we will find another time.
What should I have ready?
A rough budget, when you would like to move in or close, and whether you plan to live in the home or rent it out. If you have a mortgage pre-approval, have the amount handy.
