About PreconMap | Who We Are and Where the Data Comes From

PreconMap is a buyer information and registration site for pre-construction homes across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. It is operated by RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage. It is not a builder’s website, and builders do not pay to be listed.

PreconMap (preconmap.ca) is a pre-construction homes website for Ontario. It lists new condos, townhomes, semi-detached and detached homes that are selling now or launching soon in Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Vaughan, Oakville, Milton, Caledon, Markham, Richmond Hill, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo and across the GTA and Southern Ontario, all on one map.

What PreconMap does

We put new condo, townhome and detached home projects on one map so you can compare them by location, price and timing, then request the floor plans and price list for the ones you like. The New Homes Team at RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage answers every request and can represent you as a buyer at no cost to you,.

How we verify projects before posting

PreconMap is one place to compare pre-construction homes across the GTA and Ontario, and every project on it is checked before it is posted. Pre-construction changes fast: prices move, phases sell out, and some projects are paused or cancelled. So each project page shows the source we used and the date we last checked it, for example “Checked by the PreconMap Team on October 30, 2026”.

Source first. Project facts (location, home types, sizes, occupancy, status) come from the builder’s own website and sales material, and from registration with builder sales offices. Every starting price is dated, and the New Homes Team confirms the latest price, availability and incentives with the builder before you buy.
Dated on every project. Every project page shows when we last checked it. Every starting price shows the date it was checked.
Prices are a starting point. Builders change prices and incentives without notice, so confirm the figure with us before you decide. Full price lists, deposit structures and incentives are shared privately once a builder releases them.
Status reviewed on a schedule. Registration, launching soon, now selling, sold out and cancelled projects are re-checked against builder sources on a regular schedule. Launch dates are set by builders and can move.
Visuals labelled. Renderings are the builder’s artist’s concept. Neighbourhood data (schools, transit, shopping, parks) comes from public sources and is checked when a project is added or updated.

Missing a project, or something out of date?

If you know of a GTA or Ontario pre-construction project that is not on the map, or you spot a detail that has changed, tell us the project name and city. We check it against the builder’s information before it goes on PreconMap.

How we handle your details

When you register for a project, your name, email and phone are used to send you the information you asked for and to follow up about that project or similar ones. We do not sell your information. See the privacy policy for the full terms.

Platinum Access: new projects as soon as builders announce them

We track builders across the GTA and Ontario: their websites, their broker releases and their registration openings. When a builder announces a new community or opens a new phase, we add it to the map with the builder, location, home types and the published starting price, as soon as it is announced.

Who is behind PreconMap

PreconMap is run by Sandeep Pawar, Broker, RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, and the New Homes Team. Sandeep Pawar works in pre-construction and resale real estate in Brampton, Mississauga, Caledon and the wider GTA, and brings more than 16 years of sales experience across several industries. He holds the RENE, SRS, ABR and SRES designations, is a member of TRREB, OREA and CREA, and has trained and mentored other REALTORS® during his career. Does it cost anything to use PreconMap?

No. Browsing, registering and talking to the New Homes Team are free for buyers. Any representation terms are explained to you in writing before you sign anything.
