The terms that apply to this website, where project information comes from, and how builders can request a correction.
About this website
PreconMap (preconmap.ca) is an independent buyer information and registration website operated by RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, 2720 North Park Dr, Unit 50, Brampton, ON L6S 0E9. It is not a builder’s website. We do not represent the builders listed here, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them unless a page says so. By using this website you agree to these terms.
Where project information comes from
Project details on this website, including names, locations, home types, sizes, starting prices, release dates, phases and sales status, are taken from builders’ published material, public planning records and other public sources. Each project page shows the source and the date the information was last checked. Builders change prices, plans, specifications, incentives and availability without notice, so information may be out of date by the time you read it. It is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed. Map locations are approximate.
Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy. The builder’s agreement of purchase and sale, disclosure statement and other documents are the only binding terms for any home. Always confirm details directly with the builder and have your agreement reviewed by a real estate lawyer before you sign.
Renderings, photos and trademarks
Renderings are artist’s concept and may not reflect the finished homes. Project names, logos, renderings and photos belong to their owners. They are shown to identify the project, with credit to the owner where known, and their use does not suggest any endorsement.
What the status labels mean
Registration open: the builder is taking registrations and has not released homes for sale. Launching soon: the builder has announced an upcoming release. First access: homes are offered to registered buyers before the public release. Now selling: the builder is selling homes. Sold out: the builder reports no homes left in that release. Cancelled by the builder: the builder has publicly said it will not proceed with the project. For a cancelled project we report the builder’s own public statement, including what it says about deposits, and we do not comment on the reasons.
Planned schools, stores and facilities (“Coming nearby”)
Project pages and the map can show schools, stores, community facilities, hospitals and transit that are planned near a project. Items marked Confirmed have been approved, funded, started or opened according to the city, school board, agency or company. Items marked Not yet confirmed are proposals, planned sites, applications, announcements or reports; they are shown early for information only, may change, be delayed or not go ahead, and should not be relied on when deciding to buy. Each item shows its source and the source date. Locations and distances are approximate, and school boundaries are set by the school boards.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
The guides, FAQs and calculators on this website (including the mortgage, land transfer tax and HST rebate calculators) give general information and estimates only. They are not legal, tax, mortgage or financial advice. Speak to a real estate lawyer, accountant or mortgage professional about your own situation.
Corrections and removal requests
We want every page to be accurate. If you are a builder, developer, marketing agency or rights holder and you see information that is wrong or out of date, or content you would like removed, email askpawarnow@gmail.com with the page link and the change you are asking for. We review every request and correct or remove the content as soon as practical. Buyers who spot an error are welcome to tell us the same way.
Registering, booking and our services
When you register or book a consultation or builder visit, you agree to be contacted about that project and similar new-home projects, as described in our Privacy policy. Registering does not create a brokerage agreement. If you decide to work with RE/MAX Gold Realty Inc., Brokerage, we will first give you the RECO Information Guide and explain the services we provide, as Ontario’s Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 requires. This website is not intended to solicit buyers or sellers who are already under contract with another brokerage.

Links to builder and other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
