Price and status changes
This week’s checks focused on sales status. We confirm each status against the builder’s own information before we change a page, so buyers can see what is still available before they spend time on a project that has closed.
1989 Condos – Burlington, by Latch Developments. The project is now listed as cancelled by the builder (checked Oct 30, 2026). If you registered or bought here, follow the builder’s instructions and keep your paperwork together; the New Homes Team can help you compare other Burlington projects.

How to use this update
Starting prices are the lowest price we could confirm for each home type on the date shown. Prices, availability and launch dates change without notice, so treat every number here as a starting point and confirm it before you make a decision. Floor plans and full price lists are shared privately after a short call, so you only get the plans that fit your budget and timeline.
