GTA Pre-Construction This Week: October 26

Quick answer: 21 GTA and Ontario pre-construction projects changed this week. The main news: Caivan opened Five Oaks in Oakville, Minto released new Urban Towns at The Heights of Harmony in Oshawa, and two launch dates are now set (Northgate Trails in Ajax on November 3 and Bridgelands in Vaughan on November 10). OPUS Homes has moved Bolton Place in Caledon to 2027.

New launches

Five Oaks (Oakville, Caivan): The grand opening was held October 24. Freehold townhomes start from $799,106 and double-car-garage singles from $1,549,990. Caivan quotes both figures after the HST rebate (Caivan, last checked October 30, 2026).
The Heights of Harmony (Oshawa, Minto Communities): Minto has released a new phase of 2-storey stacked Urban Towns on Harmony Road, just north of Conlin Road. Prices start from $399,900 (Minto, last checked October 30, 2026).
Derry Lane (Mississauga, Ballymore Homes): Now selling. Sales appointments began October 24. Pricing is available on request.
Jefferson Reserve (Richmond Hill, CountryWide Homes): The early-access release is open before the public launch, from $1,169,990 (builder release information, last checked October 30, 2026).
The Summit (The Blue Mountains, Primont Homes): Added this week, from $1,369,990 (primont.com, last checked October 30, 2026).
Hillside Semi Towns (The Blue Mountains, CVD Group): Phase 2 is selling and Phase 3 is coming soon.
Elmira Country Club Estates (Woolwich, Claysam Homes) and Cassel Crossing (New Hamburg, Cook Homes): Both are new to the directory and now selling.

Price and status changes

Meadowvale Brooks (Mississauga, Camcos Living): Moved to Now selling. Singles and semi-detached homes start from $1,174,990 (camcos.ca, last checked October 30, 2026).
Townhomes of Little Rouge (Markham, Camcos Living): The builder’s published starting price is now $768,990 for townhomes (camcos.ca, last checked October 30, 2026).
OG Urban Towns (Mississauga): Moved to Now selling.
Spruce Trails (Brampton, Camcos Living): Stacked towns still start from $399,990. Camcos quotes this price after the HST rebate (Camcos, last checked October 30, 2026).
North Hill (Bolton, Caledon, Solmar): Freehold townhomes start from $789,900 and detached homes from about $999,000. A new incentive is available, so ask the New Homes Team for details (last checked October 30, 2026).
Rollingwood Townhomes (Brampton, Regency Developments): Townhomes start from $679,000. A new incentive is available, so ask the New Homes Team for details (last checked October 30, 2026).
Whitby Meadows (Whitby, Great Gulf): A new incentive is available, so ask the New Homes Team for details. Pricing is available on request.
Bolton Place at Caledon Station (Caledon, OPUS Homes): OPUS Homes has told registrants that the townhome and detached launch is now expected in 2027. Registration is still open.

Sold out / final releases

Mayfield Village – Royal Pine (Brampton): Now listed as sold out. Other Mayfield Village builders are still selling. See Mayfield Village by CountryWide.
1989 Condos (Burlington): Listed as “Cancelled by the builder”. The page restates the builder’s own notice.
