What the neighbourhood feels like
Mayfield Village is north Brampton’s newest detached-home district, around Countryside Drive, Torbram Road and Mayfield Road. Streets are new and wide, homes are mostly detached, and the area has a settled family feel. Trinity Common, Bramalea City Centre and Brampton Civic Hospital are all a short drive away.
Schools nearby
Louise Arbour Secondary School on Countryside Drive and Sandalwood Heights Secondary School are the established Peel District School Board high schools nearby, with Cardinal Ambrozic Catholic Secondary School on the Catholic side.
School boundaries for new addresses are set by the Peel District School Board and the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board, and new communities are sometimes bussed to existing schools until new ones open. Confirm the school for your exact address with the board’s school locator before you buy.
Getting around
Highway 410 and Highway 407 are close, and Bramalea GO is a short drive south.
