What the neighbourhood feels like
Boyne is Milton’s newest growth area, south of Derry Road between the escarpment and Highway 401. It is young, family-heavy and green, with the Sixteen Mile Creek valley and escarpment trails close by. Shopping is along Derry Road and James Snow Parkway, and Milton’s historic main street is a short drive away.
Schools nearby
Halton District School Board high schools serving south Milton include Craig Kielburger Secondary School, and St. Kateri Tekakwitha Catholic Secondary School serves the Halton Catholic board. New elementary schools have been opening as Boyne grows.
School boundaries for new addresses are set by the Halton District School Board and the Halton Catholic District School Board, and new communities are sometimes bussed to existing schools until new ones open. Confirm the school for your exact address with the board’s school locator before you buy.
Getting around
Milton GO (Milton line) for the commute downtown, with Highways 401 and 407 nearby via James Snow Parkway.
