The builder also lists these drive times: about 5 minutes to the QEW, 10 minutes to Highway 20, 11 minutes to Highway 406 and 17 minutes to the Niagara Falls GO and VIA Rail station. Shopping at Costco, Seaway Mall, SmartCentres and Canada One Outlets, Niagara College, Brock University and the new South Niagara Hospital, scheduled to open in 2028, are all nearby.
