About Rose Garden
Quick answer: Rose Garden is a pre-construction condo community by Cortel Group at Highway 7 and Bowes Road, Vaughan, launching soon, pricing not yet released.
Rose Garden is a master-planned high-rise community by Cortel Group at Highway 7 and Bowes Road in Concord, Vaughan. The site was once home to a well-known local greenhouse, and Cortel’s plan calls for first towers of up to 37 storeys along with a new neighbourhood park. The builder lists Rose Garden as coming soon, so buyers interested in Rose Garden Vaughan pricing and floor plans should register now.
The main draw is transit. Rose Garden sits beside the proposed Concord GO station on the Barrie line, which Cortel notes would put downtown Toronto roughly 30 minutes away by train once service begins. Highway 7 Viva buses connect west to the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre subway, and Highways 407 and 400 are close by. The Concord area also offers quick access to Highway 404 via Highway 7 and a large employment base along Keele and Dufferin.
For those comparing pre-construction condos in Vaughan, Rose Garden offers a transit-oriented address between the VMC and Thornhill, near Vaughan Mills, Promenade Shopping Centre and York University. It should suit first-time buyers, commuters and investors who want to get in early on a large phased community. Suite mixes, sizes and occupancy are not yet published.
