About UpTown Woodbridge

UpTown Woodbridge is a new master-planned community from Fieldgate Homes in the north end of Vaughan, near Weston Road and Teston Road. Fieldgate describes a neighbourhood plan where close to half of the land is set aside as greenspace, with wide tree-lined streets, quiet cul-de-sacs and protected natural areas.
The home mix is freehold townhomes and single-family homes, with a choice of elevations and floor plans. Some designs offer an optional guest suite, which suits families who want a parent or adult child living with them. Highway 400 is a short drive east, and Vaughan Mills, Canada’s Wonderland and the shops and restaurants of central Vaughan are close by.
The builder lists the community as coming soon and has not published prices, sizes or an occupancy date. Register with the New Homes Team to get first access to pricing and floor plans when the first release opens.
