About WestHaven

Quick answer: WestHaven is a pre-construction townhome community by Andrin Homes at a Whitby location to be announced, Whitby, launching soon, pricing not yet released.

WestHaven is an upcoming pre-construction townhome community by Andrin Homes in Whitby. Andrin has posted WestHaven as coming soon and is inviting buyers to register for updates, with the exact site, floor plans and pricing still to be announced. The builder is already active in the city with Traditions of Country Lane, now selling, and the earlier Trails of Country Lane, which sold out, so WestHaven extends a track record in West Whitby townhome and detached product. Whitby is one of Durham Region’s most popular choices for families leaving Toronto, thanks to Highway 412, Highway 407 and Highway 401 access, the Whitby GO station, and a full range of schools, parks and recreation facilities including the McKinney Centre and Iroquois Park Sports Centre. Lynde Creek and Heber Down Conservation Area offer trails close to home. Townhomes in Whitby give first-time buyers a freehold or condominium-town option at a lower price than detached homes, while still providing private outdoor space and a garage. Andrin sells directly through its own sales team. Register on PreconMap for WestHaven floor plans, the opening price list and launch dates as soon as Andrin releases them.
