Bridgelands is an upcoming OPUS Homes community of townhomes and single detached homes at Weston Road and Teston Road in north Vaughan. The Weston and Teston area sits at the northern edge of Vellore Village, one of Vaughan’s newer family neighbourhoods. The Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital is a short drive south on Major Mackenzie Drive, and Canada’s Wonderland, Vaughan Mills and the plazas along Weston Road and Major Mackenzie are all close. Highway 400 is a few minutes east, with Highway 407 and the 427 extension also nearby for trips to Toronto, Pearson Airport and Mississauga.

Parks, trails and schools are spread throughout Vellore Village, and the Kortright Centre for Conservation and Kleinburg’s village are a short drive west. Maple GO station on the Barrie line offers train service to Union Station. Bridgelands should appeal to growing families and move-up buyers looking at pre-construction townhomes and detached homes in Vaughan at a newer address. OPUS has not yet published lot sizes, square footage or occupancy. Renderings, once released, are artist’s concept.
